Oxidized pellet production line designed by our company has advanced thermal regulation and rational technology, its technical equipment reaches internal advanced standard. The technological process include: fine grinding of iron ore concentrate, drying, distributing, mixing, pellet choosing, pellet producing, sieving and material distributing, pellet drying and preheating, oxidizing roasting, cooling, piling up finishing pellet and outputting. In order to improve the raw material quality and expand the raw material option, improve the quality of pellet choosing, we adopt overflow ball mill to grind iron ore concentrate in milling process. In order to make the balling water quantity reasonable and increase calcining quality, chain grate adopts advanced “four section four room” thermal regulation. Adopting forced air drying, drafted air drying, adjusting preheating and preheating room, prevent deformation and fracture in drying process.  Make sure that the ball with a higher humidity and intensity when entering into the room, at the same time could use 100% waste heat of recirculation.
