This machine is used for producing various monolayer and multilayer plastic board of PP/HIPS/PE, thickness from 0.1mm to 5mm, width up to 5000mm. Which can be widely applied to producing different kinds of plastic container, stationery sheet and etc.

Structure Features

JS-BC Geomembrane producing unit is a combination of EXtruder, Three-roller Calender, Haul-off Unit, Cutting Unit, Rewinder and electric control cabinet. The barrel, screw, screen changer and die head are made of high quality alloy steel(38CrMoAIA) with high rigidity, strong corronsion resistance and long working life after nitrogen treatment. The die head adopts hanger-type branch pipe decreasing-style construction, which facilitates the solution tp flow in the flowing passage freely without stagnation, and the thickness of products will be smooth & even. The spiral reciprocating water channel inside the calender roller which works as water cooling circulation brings perfect cooling effect. The temperature of die head, screen changer and the barrel is separately controlled and all the drive systems run synchronously.
