Item DC90 is one kind of high-power firing system. The output voltage is 110v. The power of this machine is AC 220V or DC 24V. Each channel can fire about 30pcs fireworks when connected in series, and 5pcs if do the parallel connection. So it is suitable for the waterfall and large scale fireworks display.
The whole system is composed of one main machine, 3 receivers and 100m cables. It is divided into 9 districts. Each district contains 10 channels. Refer to the 3 receivers; each receiver has 3 districts, so 30 channels in total. There is 1 lead cable that connected from the main machine to the first receiver, and other cables connecting the two receivers.
Usage
1. Connecting the receivers and main machine.
2. Please connecting the igniters into the black&red clips in series.
3. Please connecting the power plug into AC 110/220V or 24V outside battery.
4. Turn on the ON / OFF switch, if the indicator light get bright and the voltage table show 220V .It means the power and voltage is in good condition. Please move the switch to “test” position.
5. Please turn on the “A” district button, if all the testing LED (10 in total) change red. It means the products in “A” district are all connecting well.
If one LED is not light, please check the connection carefully. You can test the districts B, C, D, E, and F with the same way.
6. After testing, please move to the“Fire”position. And then you fire the products one by one.
7. If you need to fire several channels together. You can connect the products to the same channel but in different districts. (For example, if you need to fire A1, B1 and C1 together, please turn on the A, B, and C button and turn off others. If you press button “1”, and A1, B1 and C1 will fire together. )
Attentions
1 As the CONSOLE is power supplied by AC. The short circuit from outside or near the console may caused damages to the console unit and other connection to the unit.
2. Please use the igniters that supplied from one factory. Because different factory might use different resistance of wires.
3. Do not shake machine violently;
4. Don’t press the “FIRE” button after disconnecting the power. Because there might be sufficient electrical power that would ignite the connected products;
5. Don’t place the product in the damp, acid base, alkali and contaminated environment.
