The line is designed to produce pickled HR coils for cold rolling mill and pickled&oiled commercial HR coils.The line has four sections,coil preparation section,entry section,process section and exit section.In the line 7 set bride rolls,9 set CPC device ,2 set EPC device and 3 set welding seam detector are installed which shall supply necessary tension and make sure the line running smothly and effectively.

In the line two horizontal loopers are installed for storing up strip,which shall coordinate te running of entry section,process section and exit section and make sure the line running continuously.
