Introduction:

      DGP1Hanging belt scales is a new type belt Scale designed for our national conditions based on integration of various speed and constant Scale features, which is proved by many users that its technical performance is better than other belt Scales. It has high measuring accuracy, reliable operation, low maintenance cost, easy to use, no strict requirements on environmental conditions and low installation space, which has solved shortages of various belt Scales such as low measuring accuracy, serious zero drift and requiring regular frequent calibration, and can be widely used in building materials, chemicals, mining and other industries.

       It is suitable for measuring bulk and block materials which are less than 30mm, moisture content limited to non-stick belt and temperature below 120 °C.

       Hanging belt scales are composed by three high-precision tension sensors hanging the body vertically as a measure device, and can feed by electric vibrator or frequency control feed conveyor.
