Description:
POE-g-MAH-1 is produced by grafting POE with maleic anhydride in the extruding machine. The polymer chain of POE is a kind of saturation structure, so POE-g-MAH-1 is inoxidizable, anti-aging and stable which guarantees the anti-aging stability of the final product.As a result, our product can be widely used as flexibilizer and over- flexibilizer of polar resin, such as nilon. It can improve the bonding between filling and polyolefine. When it is of low content, the filling can increase the elastic mass and strengthen the impact strength of flexibilizer system of polylefine.
The typical appliance of POE-g-MAH-1:
(1) The flexibilizer of nilon, to improve the impact resistance;
(2) The compatibility and flexibilizer of polypropylene/nilon composite;
(3) The flexibilizer of other polar resin.

Usage:
POE-g-MAH-1 has high graft ratio of maleic anhydride and excellent elastic behavior.As a result, adding a small amount of POE-g-MAH-1 can bring ideal result. On average, the added amount is 2-10%. The specific amount depends on the users demand on the quality of the product and the applied system. To achieve the optimum result, the processing facility and technology should make sure that the POE-g-MAH-1 can disperse well in the system.
