Application scope
–It can be widely used in plugging of roof cracks, the plugging and waterproof of bridge, the emergency repair of city underground pipeline.
–It also can be used in the anti-leakage and plugging of pool, basement, lavatory, the Porous plate joint of new built building roof and the emergency repair and grouting of equipments foundations.
Construction key point
1.Pretreatment
cut the leaking point and cracks into “V” groove, clean the mortar and dust away.
2.Material mixing and plugging construction
preparing the materials according some certain proportion (plugging ling: water=1:0.3~0.35, weight ratio), stirring it into daub then shape the daub into paste material. After the daub starting heating, press the heating daub into the “V” groove quickly, flatten and put some pressure on it until it get harden.
–As deep puddle, it can dust the plugging power into pit directly then put some pressure on it and troweling.
–As the serious leak seam, drawing the seepage water out then plugging the upper cracks first , the bottom cracks,last plug the drainage holes.
Package and storage
1. PVC bags sealed packaging, 1kg/bag,20 bags one box.
2. Prevent it from rain and moisture while storage or transport.
3. Since the day of production the expiry time is 12 months. It can still be used if it beyond the expiry time while it’s tested qualified.
