This line is composed of QCL120(100,80) vertical washing machine, KSZ620/60(620/43) sterilizing & drying tunnel, AGF12(10A,10,8) filling & sealing machine. It is divided into three zones of washing, drying & sterilizing, filling & sealing. Each machine can function independently, or be connected as a compact line. It could finish processing procedures such as: water sprinkling, ultrasonic washing, ampoules infeed by screw conveyer, Turn ampoules by manipulator, water flushing(interior and exterior), air flushing(interior and exterior), preheating, drying & sterilizing, cooling, (front gas charging), filling, (rear gas charging), preheating, sealing, and etc. it is mainly used for production of ampoule in pharmaceutical factories.
