PRODUCT OVERVIEW

    This drainage board production line is a innovation(already patented) of Junsheng machinery in China, which breaks the situation of previous similar equipments relying on import. Compared with the old-fashioned post forming process, this equipment forms a shape of drainage plate at one time with high efficiency, low energy consumption. It also solved the problem that the compression strength of old rolling forming drainage plates is not ideal. After unique mechanics design, the wall thickness of PE drainage plate around the circular boss is well-proportioned, and the compression strength is over 50% higher than similar products, which solves the problem that the compression strength of domestic drainage plates made of HDPE is not ideal and ensures long-term loaded compression tolerance. PE drainage plate is a kind of multi-functional membrane coiled material performing comprehensive protection, professional waterproofing and drainage. Its quality is up to the international advanced level, completely changes the situation that high-quality drainage plate  can only rely on import. All the equipments, from the calendar, traction machine to the rolling machine, are all especially designed and manufactured based on the structure of drainage plate. The thickness range of the products is 0.5-5.5mm, width up to 5000mm.
