The line is mainly used for refrigerator cabinet foaming

The line Consists of chain transmission unit, foaming fixture, oven, foaming platform, steam heating unit, ventilation and extraction unit, injection manipulator, unlocking apparatus, vehicle with fixture, guiders for locking and unlocking apparatuses, assistant locking mould apparatus, pneumatic unit, hydraulic unit, electrical control unit.

Working procedures: loading manually or automatically, closing of fixture, vertical injection automatically or by manually, circulation drive, heating curing cycle, locking by fixture, open the fixture, unloading automatically or by manually and clear bubble.

It possesses the advantages as follows: small and configuration, being easy to adjust to manufacture, different products, high productivity and ect.
