Pre-Filming Corrosion Inhibitor -- DM-8202 

Properties 

The product is mainly used as corrosion inhibitor and pre-filming agent 

in open circulation cooling water system, with excellent anti-corrosion effect on water pipeline 

and water cooling equipment. It can be used compounding with superior copolymer. 

According to the Ca2 + content and total alkalinity in the water, 

it can be applied to various water quality by adjusting the proportion between the two. 

In addition, it can be used as cleaning agent compounding with other surfactants.

This product is mainly composed by phosphorus compounds, zinc salts, and a small amount of additives. 

It can chelate with divalent metal ions in water and produce thin and compact corrosion film. 

DM-8202 is an ideal cathodic corrosion inhibitor with the propertities of fast film-forming speed, 

effective complementing membrane, low toxicity, no pollution, etc. 

Its various performance indicators have reached S-204 levels in the similar foreign products.

Use

As pre-filming agent, cold pre-film dosage is 200-250mg / l. 

As scale inhibition and dispersant, dosage of 100mg / l, PH value of 6.0 ~ 7.0, time of 48 hours; 

In normal operation, used as corrosion inhibitor, usually adding account is 10-30mg / l in accordance with Ca2 + concentrati, 1:1~1:3 ratio with the scale dispersant. 

As cleaning agent, dosage is usually 5-10mg / l.

Packing and storage

Net weight: 25kg. 

Packed in cardboard drums lined with plastic bags.

Stored in a room ventilated dry place. Storage period for ten months.
