1. Specification

  1) Separator : Polyester tape may be applied between conductor and insulation
  2) Insulation : Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or flame retardant XLPE insulation
  3) Filler : Polypropylene yarn or compound
  4) Binder tape : Lapped tape
  5) Outer sheath : Extruded Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Polyethylene (PE), HDPE or PVC or

                            LSZH outer sheath.
2. Features

Maximum conductor temperature: ....Normal continuous : 90 C
                                                  ....Overload : 130 C
                                                  ....Short circuit : 250 C
Excellent resistance to electrochemical treeing, corona, heat, moisture and a wide variety of industrial chemicals. PVC outer sheath provides mechanical protection of the insulation during installation as well as protection from many industrial chemicals. Sunlight resistance for outdoor use. this kind of cable is screened by copper wire or copper tape, so that the cable will not be affected by the magnetic field.
