Features
It is applicable for once shaping of double-color sole casting with TPU,PU. It is innovative to combine TPU casting head,which is controlled by microcomputer accurately.TPU material which is the first color will be heated accurately,quantified exactly and cast equably,and then PU material which is the second color will be cast,which leads to fine agglutination of upper and lower sole,and to sole once shaping.The product is of abrasion-proof,slip-proof and station-proof,acid-proof,slip-proof and station-proof,etc,which meets special requirement of top-grad sport-shoes,tour shoes. It can cast polyurethane sole continuously because of its loop-product-line.The motion of mold supports can be adjusted with 5-grade speed.There is automatic start/stop device in this machine.It has a good capability-price-rate that lies on its simple structure,reliable performance and double productivity. Using industry man-machine interface,controlled with expert PLC program and showed by touching-screen,it is easy to operate.EHD-PU/TPU(Loop-line Double-locor Sole once-shaping with two different materials:TPU and PU,and it is application for triple-proof shoes(electricity-proof,ship-proof,frostbite-proof).the whole equipment is made up of loop-produce-line,automatic quantitative TPU casting head,automatic quantitative PU casting head,hydraulic system,PLC microcomputer-controlled system and other auxiliary devices. TPU,PU casting head,material gun is temperature,,preparative material quantity,casting accuracy, mold temperature and pre-heating can all be controlled by PLC microcomputer,and because of that,it is shaped quickly after casting,which is efficient.
