OV1000 series DC contactors can be applied for railway diesel locomotives, subway rolling stocks, EMU (electronic multiple units), DMU (diesel multiple units) and other industrial electric automation control equipment. Such DC contactors are used to control circuit in locomotives and rolling stocks.
The production standards comply with GB/T 21413.1-2008/IEC 60077-1:1999; GB/T 21413.2-2008/IEC 60077-2:1999.
The whole contactor structure is consisted of magnetic circuit and arc distinguishing cover. According to load current and installation size, tailored contactors of such series can be produced via module design to meet customer's demands.
Magnetic coil ends of such DC contactors are equipped with voltage suppressor which can inhibit the self-induced electromotive force of the coil. Auxiliary contact has fast-moving, self-cleaning, sealing and permanent magnetic air distinguishing characteristics

Models Selection
1- OV1000 series DC contactors are widely used in diesel locomotives, including models OV1001/06-PB-44-80V, OV1010/08-EH-33-110V, OV1010/08-PA-44-110V, etc.
2- Coil control voltage of OV1000 series DC contactors can be DC 12V, 24V, 48V, 74V, 80V and 110V, and coil working voltage is between 80% and 110%.

4- OV1000 series DC contactors can be equipped with at most 4 sets of auxiliary contact (4NO + 4NC).
5- When 96V storage battery is used for contactor coil power supply, coil control voltage of the contactor should be 80V which can ensure enough contact pressure.
6- When voltage suppressor is parallel connected to two ends of coil, wiring should be as per polarity signs.
