Description:E8016-G is low alloy steel electrodes with low hydrogen potassium type coating .It can be welded on both AC and DC. Welding can be done in all position. When used AC, the stability is inferior a little to that used DC.
Application:Used to weld key structure of middle carbon steel and low alloy steel structure,such as 15 Mn Ti, 15MnV etc.

Note:
Before welding, it is necessary to clean the work piece and remove the impurities such as oil ,grease rust and moisture, bake the electrode at the temperature of about 350 degree centigrade for one hour. The welding must be carried out under short arc and is suitable for narrow path.
