1. Technical Introduction
Spent nitric acid solution contains high concentration of nitric acid and it’s not convenient for direct electro-deposition treatment. Conventional method is precipitation. Our self-developed equipment can electro-deposit the solution directly, extract copper from solution and reuse the treated solution.

It is applied to spent nitric acid solution produced by PCB plants.
3. Equipment Introduction
3.1 Work Flow
We recover nitric acid by electrolysis-recovery method. The spent solution is reused in dip tank after copper recovering.

4. Environmental Protection Standards
4.1 Exhaust gas emission reaches National Environmental Protection Standards: exhaust gas is discharged after treatment, no odor.
4.2 30% of spent electro-deposition solution is discharged after being treated by wastewater treatment station.
