BC-D serise cement early strength agent:

Function and purpose

This product is made up from a variety of high-performance admixture and is a new material for the production of Type 1, 2-free fragments of concrete slab track panels. After mixed, the pore  of concrete structure will be refined and hardened. Thus it can help to meet the high early strengthening demand of vertical and connected cement plate. To be well adaptable to polycarboxylate superplasticizer, they can prepare together  good fluidity, early strength and rapid development, construction, excellent performance and durability cement. It is suitable for the preparation of a super-early-strength requirements of high performance concrete.

Usage and dosage

The dosage is about 10% of cement materials. After joining the product, the cement should be fully stirred for 1 minute or so appropriately , in order to facilitate early strength admixture dispersed and achieve the best enhancement.

Notice

This product uses lined plastic woven bag, net weight 25 kg. According to user requirements they can also be stored in bulk or other forms of packaging. Prevent moisture during storage and transportation, shelf-life period of 3 months, opened a bag before running out.
