Compound Ethyl Linoleate Soft Capsules main component is unsaturated esters, and also contain many kinds of vitamins. Ethyl Linoleate is one of polyene unsaturated fatty acids, which can combine with cholesterol to form an ester, and facilitate the degradation of cholesterol into bile acid and excreted, resulting in lowering plasma cholesterol, as well as the concentrations of triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and very low-density lipoprotein (VLDL), and meanwhile increasing the concentration of high-density lipoprotein (HDL), changing the distribution of cholesterol in the body, decreasing the deposition of cholesterol on the artery wall, and improving or protecting the function of the artery wall.    

In this medicine:

Nicotinic acid: can facilitate vascular dilatation, promotion of tissue metabolism, decrease of plasma cholesterol, and prevention of vascular sclerosis.

Vitamin C: As participating in body metabolism, it can reduce the permeability of capillary, and strengthen the robustness of vascular wall.

Inositol: can promote the fat metabolism in tissue, with a function of preventing vascular sclerosis.

Hesperidin: can make vascular wall robust, prevent and cure the fragility of capillary wall, and the curative result would be enhanced when using with Vitamin C, that has a synergetic effect.

Vitamin B6: participates in the metabolism of amino acids and fats, and strengthen the effect of linoleic acid in body.

Vitamin E: has the effect of antioxidation.
