The mould was built and maintained in our factory with a warranty of ONE MILLION SHOTS, and so far it runs perfect and never affects any parts deliveries.

We are experienced in building HIGH POLISHING moulds.

Critical dimensions of the parts are checked every 15 minutes and all other controlled dimensions are checked every 30 minutes. The parts are produced in our DUST-FREE WORKSHOP.

Material MSDS sheets and parts inspection sheets are sent to customer with each shipment.
