Trace back to Qing Dynasty, with 300 years of rich history, "Flowered bridge" brand has become a signature brand for white  soybean cheese. Chen Hong Mo, a Guilin local, brought Guilin soybean cheese t to emperor of Qing dynasty, Qian Long. The emperor loved the Guilin preserved bean curt, and set Guilin soybean cheese on him annual gift list. It was then, Guilin soybean cheese became popular.

At the beginning of 20th century, there are only few soybean cheese producers in Guilin, Tian Yi Zhan is one of the best. After the liberation, combined with Zhang Sheng ji and other 7 manufactures, Gui Yi soybean cheese manufacture was formed; Tang shun ji and other 5 manufactures forned Wu he brand at the same time; in 1965, Gui yi and Wu he merged and in 1968, Guilin soybean cheese factory was formed; in 1979, “Flowered bridge” brand was registered and it has became the first ever brand for soybean cheese.

In 1983, the first national wild soybean cheese competition, Flowered bridge soybean cheese received silver prize for its shape, color, smell and taste. Since the 90th, Flowered bridge brand was honored, Guang xi most famous brand and most trusted brand, top 10 soybean cheese brand in the nation. Flowered bridge brand was also honored geographic protected brand by state administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine.   

   Flowered bridge soybean cheese can be served along side of rich and noodle and can be use as spice for many other dishes. Such as chicken, port, tofu, bean vermicelli etc. Flowered bridge soybean cheese is rich in protein, carotene, vitamin A, E, B12 calcium, phosphorus and many other mineral substance. It is perfect to use as spice or service with hot pot or other food.
