Screw rotating speed can reach to 600 rpm. with high rotating speed, shear become
stronger.it ensures high output and perfect quality.

Special screw elements can be manufactured in consistence with specific requirements from both national and international customs. 

Screw:

1) Meshing components made by manufacturing center with same size and good interchangeable ,self-cleaning performance.

2) The screw thread components connect with the core shaft in an involute curve.

4) Screw elements adopts high-speed tool-steel material W6Mo5Cr4V2, HRC60-62.
