1) New structure gearbox, high torque, high speed; gear box material QT450
2) Gear is 6 grade which is a high precision. High speed overloading hard-tooth surface. The materials are 20CrNi2MoA or 20CrMnMo, HRC 60/62.
3) The output shaft connect with the Screw shaft in splined sleeve.
4) The imported bearings SKF bearings are used. Integrated thrust bearing assembly is Name Luoyang.
5) The bearing and geared are forced to adopted the immersion oil-lubrication system.
6) Framework oil seal is adopted Brand hansheng from Taiwan.
