Chili skin powder, with brown colour, is the by-products of produce of capsicum red pigment and chilli extract, the powder (80 mesh) is unspicy and odorless after being dried by steam. Chili skin powder has very good nutrition, since our technology of extracting capsicum red pigment and capsaicin is very advanced, the nutrients of chill like carbohydrates, carotene, and trace elements are still preserved. Thus, the powder can replace some cereal plants to be used in fodder and food, such as pickles needing rice powder and flour, oak dishes(eggplant oak, mushrooms oak, spicy oak that Yunnan people like to eat), salty pickles, candy, and the shell of fish-skin peanuts, fish-skin peas, and amber walnuts.
