Slide the index shaft in the housing from the left side with the flat on the shaft projecting from the right side. Slide on a collar clamp, the right arm, the left arm and another collar clamp. With the shaft flush with the left side of the housing, tighten the screws in the collar clamps to eliminate any lateral movement in the shaft. 11. Install the arm and cap to the right end of the index shaft using the two 10-32 x 5/8 socket head cap screws. Do not fully tighten the screws at this time. 12. Using Loctite 222 on the threads of the four 8-32 x 1/2 socket head cap screws, secure the air cylinder assembly to the cylinder bracket using the cap screws. 13. Install the lock nut and clevis to the air cylinder. With air pressure applied to the air cylinder, adjust the clevis to a .730 ± .015 inch dimension. 14. Install the air cylinder bracket through the housing then install the thrust washer on the pin of the bracket and secure in position using the collar clamp.
