(1) Thermostability Amylase: 20,000U/g
(2) Glucoamylase: 100,000U/g
(3) Both have excellent effect for ethanol fermentation
1. Thermostable Alpha-amylases
Brewing Enzyme of Alpha-amylases (high temperature resistance stability) is a high temperature stable bacterial amylase preparation derived from bacillus licheniformis, which provide with good tolerance to high temperature and is used in the manufacture of starch sugar (glucose, malt syrup, dextrins, oligosaccharides) and brewery, alcohol, glutamate etc.
Product Name | Hi-Temperature Resistance Alpha-amylases |
Model No. | Amzyme-HT |
Enzyme activity | 20,000 U/ml higher concentration activity is avaiilable based on your requirement |
Character | Liquid form with slight fermentation flavour |
Effective pH | pH 5.5-8.0 with pH 6.0-6.5 at the optimum rage |
Effective Temperature | 90-100°C and it still remain its activity up to 110°C |
A co-factor such as Ca2+ at a concentration of 50-70 ppm is required for optimal activity |
2. Glucoamylase
Brewing enzyme of glucoamylase is obtained from the controlled fermentation of the fungal organism, Aspergillus niger on a commercial scale, the glucoamylase preparation can be widely used for the industrial production of crystalline D-glucose, high fructose corn syrups, wine, ethanol, beer, and in other fermentation processes.
